3/3/2018-  K9 Konnection co-sponsors RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERSHIP DAY with the Humane Society of Wickenburg at the Wickenburg Dog Park.  Hundreds of participants joined in on the fun with their furry K9 friends.  During this event there were several vendor booths offering Free services for those in attendance, such as Dog Art, Face Painting, Free name tags and vaccinations, Free nail trimming, photo ops and much more.   This is an Annual Event, please check back for future events sponsored by K9 Konnection.

2/10/2018–     K9 Konnection participates in Wickenburg’s 70th ANNUAL GOLD RUSH DAYS PARADE.  Several volunteers walked the entire 2 + mile  parade route with the dog of their choice, while others lead the group by carrying the K9 Konnection banner as a few followed with buckets of water in hand to keep the dogs hydrated along the route.  Last to follow was a 4 wheeler Polaris RZR which carried all necessary extra supplies and displayed on the rear was another small banner to indicate the end of the group.  It was an amazing day and brought lots of smiles to the faces of those sitting on the sidelines watching the parade.

If interested in joining us for next years parade, please contact one of our members by calling 928-232-2611.

2/1/2018 –     Pride Club of Wickenburg High School joins K9 Konnection staff along with their choir teacher Ms. Laurel Tippe for a meet and greet to learn more about the K9 Konnection organization and what it takes to become a volunteer.
